Took my 3 year old daughter. The staff was very friendly and attentive to my concerns. The NP checked out my daughter ran tests and explained everything to me. Thank you for being very professional.

My experience with the Delmont location was excellent and so was the light skin receptionist and the assistant and the doctor. All were kind and professional. I went to south down urgent care earlier and the receptionist cold and told me that they didn’t my insurance (BCBS of La) and didn’t explain anything to me. At Delmont the receptionist explained everything to me and said they except my insurance. She also expressed some options. They were really helpful and great!
Arrived was greeted very nicely and professionally by the receptionist at the front desk , she was very professional and took my information gave me my paperwork to fill out and just made my visit very pleasant. The nurse doing my DOT drug screen was so professional and made the experience very nice for me . I was in and out in a hour or so . Place was very clean and sanitized with sanitizer available to wash your hands . I will not hesitate to go there for all of my medical visits.
The light skin woman at the front Desk is very sweet and Very caring .. The woman in the back are simply a joy .. I was feeling better before I left 🖤 they did a great job 👍
