Super helpful! They were quick since I checked in online ahead of time, so I definitely recommend that. My doctor was very attentive and quick to test, diagnose, and treat. Ashlin Cain was great.

Waited 2 hours to be seen. The nurse came in and took my temperature, which was 100.4. She asked if I wanted water while I waited, which I said would be great! She never came back. The PA came in and told me to go home and if I get fever in the next 2-3 days to come back. I had to inform her that her nurse just took my temperature, which was a fever. She then said "oh" and had to go talk with the nurse. I felt dismissed, uncared for, and like a bother to them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My experience at Patient Urgent Care/South Downs so far have always been a very pleasant visit. The staff is really friendly and welcoming and Dr. Whitney is great! She take the time to listen and have a great atititude. I highly recommend.

This was a great visit for how uncomfortable I was. It was so quick and everyone was so nice and friendly. I usually go to a different location which I also like, but I needed an xray and they have them onsite here which was very fast and convenient so I was in and out in like an hour. Got my X-rays, saw the Dr, got meds, and was on my way. I think I’ll go to this location from now on even though it’s a farther drive. Very pleased.

We had a very positive experience during our visit. The wait time to be taken back was very short and the entire staff was friendly. Our medical provider, Carlos Martin, delivered excellent care. He was patient, compassionate and took the time to thoroughly and clearly explain each step he would take to determine the cause of my 3 year old daughter’s fever and other symptoms and how it would be treated. He provided detailed steps on treatment and the reasons and also how to provide care at home, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend the Southdowns location.
