Scott was amazing. We had him out for a Friday night emergency fix after a pipe in the wall blew. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. Will definitely be going through him again, just hopefully not for an emergency next time
Sergei was prompt, professional and pragmatic in outlining my options on a 2d floor water leak at my triplex. Thanks to his astute diagnosis he quickly reset the toilet and replaced the water valve. PB was able to schedule appointment same day. Pricing similar to Farr, and Hero. Would use again
Dave Brown was literally the best plumber I’ve worked with! We hired Paul Bunyan Plumbing to install a new toilet and we had a weird rough-in size that wasn’t standard. We had ordered the wrong size toilet that had a skirt and he advised me of the potential issues and extra cost associated with that kind of toilet. He not only helped me carry the 120 lb. toilet back into my car, but waited for me to go to home depot TWICE after we found out the second toilet was broken. He also disposed of our old toilet (and the box), replaced the gross flange and the crappy plastic water service line with something that was more durable. He also informed me that they have a year warranty on labor. It’s always so refreshing when you get a service provider that’s not only honest, but also who helps you find the right solution for you. As a result, I saved roughly $650 and a whole lot of headaches. PLUS, he was super friendly to work with. 10/10 would recommend!
The service providers are good but the prices are outrageous. $189 just for them to show up to your door. After I questioned it they said they could drop it down to $100 since I’m a prior customer. We needed a kitchen faucet installed that we had 80% of the way completed - however we didn’t have the right fittings- it was about 30 mins of work. My total bill was just shy of $600. I’m not going to pay the $100 service fee and turn them away so you’re locked into using them once they get there.
