I found Paul's Watch Repair on YouTube and read is great reviews on Google, eBay and Chrono24. Based on his excellent reputation, even though I am on the other side of the country, I called him to discuss a vintage Navitimer that he had in stock. I must tell you he is as pleasant and professional over the phone as he is in his video's. Discussed the watch, was a fair price, then I paid on his website, and he shipped out overnight the same day. Received the watch right away exactly as described, and I am very happy. Plus he offers a 1 year warranty. Will definitely use him again. A trusted seller. Thank you Raimond!! Update 1/10/2026: This 50 year old watch was not running perfectly after purchase, so I reached out to Raimond. He said no problem, and sent me a paid Fedex label to send it in for his warranty service. I got it back a few weeks later running perfectly, and Raimond couldn't have been nicer about it. He stands by the watches he sells and takes pride in happy customers. I can't think of a better place to buy a watch, especially vintage. Raimond is a trusted seller and a pleasure to work with. Thank you again Raimond!
I felt compelled to write this review because businesses like Paul’s Watch Repair are rare. Paul and his son, Raimond, deliver truly exceptional service. Visiting from Washington state, I walked in with a watch whose case back wouldn’t snap back on. Paul inspected it, checked the regulation, and fixed it on the spot. Smooth, efficient, and clearly the work of master watchmakers. What impressed me even more: he refused to take a penny. All he asked for was a handshake. I want to acknowledge shops like this are absolute gems. Thank you, Paul and Raimond!
Very professional team — a father and son who really know their craft. You can tell this shop runs the right way. They gave me great advice about my watch, and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
Took my new Rolex 36mm Datejust in for an adjustment. Needed some links taken off. Walked in and it was nice quiet and cool. Parking was easy despite being right next to a Trader Joe's (normally difficult parking) Was greeted immediately and helped by Paul himself. I showed him my watch and he eyeballed exactly how many links and how to adjust the strap so it perfectly fit. It took less than 5 minutes. Super impressed. Will be bringing all my Rolex's to Pauls. If you have nice/high end watches and are super concerned about bringing them to a reputable matchmaker look no further. EDIT: There are a number of negative reviews below.... One of them is a literal lie. The reviewer claimed he did a deposit on Chrono24 and then said they sold the watch out from under him. As someone who has bought multiple Rolexes from Chrono24 that literally doesn't ever happen...placing the deposit locks it. The reviewer simply didn't have the money and then made the confusing choice of coming on here to lie. Some people need a hobby.
I brought my 1962 Omega Constellation into Pauls Watch Repair for a service. They quoted me $250 and 2 weeks. A couple of days later, I got a text it was ready. I live an hour away but was in the area so I picked it up that day. The watchmaker (Paul) told me that he replaced the crystal because it wat too scratched and was not "tall enough". It wasn't scratched when I brought it in. He didn't charge me for the new part, so I thought cool. When I got home and looked it over, I noticed glue holding the crystal on, the crystal was not level and not properly pressed into the case. I sent him pictures, and he wanted me to bring it back in to be re-done. I declined his offer to fix it. You get 1 chance to earn my respect. $250 lesson learned. You can see the glue and that the crystal is not level. The picture on my wrist was taken before going in for the service. Avoid this place.
