I switched to Pawfessional Grooming after a few frustrating experiences with my previous groomer, and I’m so glad I did. Not only are they closer to where I live, but the level of professionalism stood out immediately — they even took pictures of Manny’s very first visit 🐾 Manny had a bruised tail, and they were incredibly mindful and gentle when trimming his skirt. You could tell they genuinely cared about his comfort. Just look at his face — happy, relaxed, and feeling good! Thank you so much, Vivian. You and your team truly went above and beyond. (And thank you for the referral to the Heat Track mats — such a great suggestion!)

We have been to a few groomers and this facility is by far the best. Our dog is timid and can be challenging to groom, but the staff here always do such a wonderful job and never stress our dog out. They are all so friendly and the environment is great. Definitely recommend

We just had the most fantastic experience at Pawfessionals Grooming with our dog, Coco. Everything about the visit was wonderful, and Coco came home looking and smelling beautiful. This is the only groomer that Esper is okay coming to. They baby her and pamper her, and she comes out super fluffed and beautiful. They are very communicative and their new salon is gorgeous. I’m so glad we’ve found a place where they are sensitive to the individual pet’s needs.

Took my boy Toby here for his first groom today. Pawfessional was recommended by a friend and I would 100% recommend them to anyone in Hamilton looking for a groomer. My boy looks amazing and Vivian and Ali were incredible and loved on my boy! Very clean and bright grooming area. Everything was open. Prices are reasonable, great communication and very accommodating for time.
