Hidden Gem, This place is soo amazing very professional. Luna is a very shy dog but I was glad to know that she was well looked after and had a good time. Definitely will be coming back thank you so much for looking after my Luna :)

My puppy is 6.5 months old and just had his third groom, but this was our first time at Pawlour. We’ve had great experiences everywhere so far, but this has been the most affordable and the first groom where I genuinely loved how he looked. They kept his face more sculpted (an oval shape) with a shorter snout, which made him look more like a puppy and less like an ewok. So happy with the result! PS: only thing is I was told they can’t clean his ear because “his ear has a smell which means he has an infection”. I’ve had dogs most my life & I truly don’t think he does as smell alone isn’t an indicator of an infection (odour is quite common among dogs with floopy ears), but have booked an appointment to find out!

Took my Pom cross for a groom here a few weeks ago and I highly recommend! Athena was shedding a lot before and they really helped deshed and neaten her up! She smelt so good too! I didn’t know how Athena was going to be as it was her first groom with me and she is nervous with strangers but she was wagging her tail the whole time and they said she was well behaved and gave lots of kisses which means she really trusted them! Will be back soon!

From the moment we walked in, everything felt so warm, professional, and welcoming. The staff truly adore dogs, and it shows in the care and attention they give to every detail. My pup came out looking incredible — soft, shiny, perfectly trimmed, and smelling heavenly! Thank you so much!

First time grooming with Pawlour as my 3 year old Miniature Poodle was in desperate need of a Full Groom. Great cut, nice and clean and very tidy and kept him fluffy how we usually get with our usual groomers as I requested. He was happy bouncing and prancing the streets on our way home. Would definitely recommend, looking forward to booking again soon !
