We cannot say enough good things about Paws and Claws. When our flight into Madison was unexpectedly canceled this evening, we reached out with an emergency, last-minute request after hours. They responded immediately and without hesitation stepped in to help. Knowing that one of our cats needs morning medication made the situation especially stressful, but they assured us right away that they would be there in the morning to feed and care for our cats. That level of responsiveness, reliability, and genuine care for our pets gave us such peace of mind during a stressful travel disruption. If you’re looking for pet care that is dependable, compassionate, and truly professional, Paws and Claws is who you want caring for your furry family members. We are beyond grateful.

They work hard to get to know you and your pets. They're very good about keeping up to date on changing circumstances and needs and respond quickly to portal messages. Scheduling and payments are very easy online. I trust paws and Claws with my fur baby and my home. Highly recommend!

We've used Paws and Claws since 2019 and LOVE their services. Their scheduling software is quick and easy to use, making trip planning easy. And when we're away we love getting the daily email messages and "proof of life" photos. It's clear their staff really care about animals and we love that we have "regulars" who have built a rapport with our cats - even our shy girl comes out for pets and play when they visit.
