I love Heather! She treats my two cats like they are her own-I can’t recommend her highly enough! I was on a work trip when my younger one got sick and she was so good on relaying information, switching up the normal routine to get her to eat and take medication and also just checking in to see how the sick cat was doing when she wasn’t there. Having someone who cares and is so conscientious is such peace of mind for me!

Pre visit, Heather is always super communicative and asks for all the necessary details, offering to come see the home and meet the animals in advance. At every visit, she sends a detailed description on how the pets are doing, along with photos. It’s so reassuring, and clear how much Heather loves animals!

Heather is amazing! She had her business in NYC and moved it to Charlotte NC after the pandemic. She is truly the best of the best and highly professional. She is a true animal lover and takes exceptional care of my dog, Oliver. After every walk she provides a detailed update and lots of pictures. After dealing with inconsistency and lack of professionalism from multiple walkers with Rover, I went a different route. Heather has a legitimate business, is highly trained in her work with animals, keeps to a high level of respect and service and is ALWAYS consistent and communicative. You could not get a better walker for your pup.
