Mikr did a great job unclogging the toilet. He serviced us after hours especially since he drove out of his way during New Year's Eve. Mike didn't mind helping us during this emergency situation. He was friendly and communicated very well.
Bryant was very pleasant and got on to the job the moment he arrived. He knew what he was doing have me an estimate, problem was fixed within about an hour. We are very pleased with Bryant from Payless Plumbing.
Felt the total price was misrepresented by the plumber. Was told they needed to get a part from Home Depot and that they charge $125 an hour, and it seemed like a fairly simple job (utility pipe leak) but then he called me and told me the total was $320 for 2 hours plus $70 in parts. Really was just under the impression I wasn't getting charged $125 for driving to get a part. If I had been made more aware of what the total would be, I would've literally taken off of work and gotten it for him. Just disappointed I'm out half a weeks wage. For an hour of work + buying a part
I recommend Payless plumbing & Rooter. The guy came in and did his job replacing my kitchen faucet. He was very professional and respectful. Reasonable price.
The leak from my shower handles is now fixed. The new fixtures are great the caulking work was nice and clean. Always does a great job when I call them out. Thank you to our plumber Bryant B. Before and after. Thank you so much for doing such great work. This is why we are loyal and stick with this company.
