Amazing service - highly recommend! My laptop wouldn’t turn on and kept flashing, so I brought it in for a diagnostic. The price was very reasonable, and it was fixed and ready for pickup the very next day! Super fast, affordable, and reliable service. Also, very friendly and kind 😊

In July 2025, I am a USA citizen with a USA laptop and most importantly USA charging cables. My energy converter system did not work and the laptop cable could not plug into a UK plug system. I brought the USA cable to the store and they IMMEDIATELY understood my problem and solved it in two minutes and under 10 pounds cost. This was my FIFTH stop at trying to solve this issue and they were the FIRST to understand and of course solve the problem. A TREMENDOUS amount of gratitude from me as the electrical cord was a PROBLEM.

I went in because my gaming PC randomly stopped working one day. They ran diagnostics and determined it was the motherboard. They ordered a new one for me and fitted it at a reasonable price, even gave some new RAM sticks and a new power cord courtesy. Was really friendly and helpful the whole time. Definitely recommend.

I went in a few weeks ago wanting to get my first ever PC built. In which I thought I knew how to build myself by watching tons of YouTube videos. However, the owner helped and encouraged me to join in with building my PC but also giving advice on how to operate and upgrade future components. 3 weeks ago I walked into this place, as I was on the fence about building my first ever PC. I though I had a grasp of what I would need thanks to countless you tube videos. The Owner did not need to help me at all as i was not in a position to buy anything directly from him. He even recommended sites that he trusts for me to order the parts from. He very kindly corrected some of my incorrect knowledge and set me on my way very confident of building my own PC. Now I'm typing this review up on my brand new self built PC. If I ever have any problems with this PC I will be certainly making the journey down to use him for repairs and advice in the future. Maybe this is less of a review of the company but a glowing recommendation of the man (Owner) i met that day. Thank you
