Mike was great to work with. Fast and knowledgeable. He relaced my hard drive and mirrored all the files in a day and for a really reasonable price. Helped me sort out some issues in a follow up visit. Terrific.
They do what they say. Price to connect and couple cards to a Motherboard is kind of high. Over $300 had issues with my dual monitors, one not being detected, after I brought it home. 20 minute job putting things together, took several days. Sure loading OS takes a while, but still little work actually being done for such a high price
I was ready to toss my laptop out the windows because it was running so slow. Every time I tried logging in, it took at least 30 minutes to boot up. Took it in to PC Repair & Networking last Monday. They worked their magic, that baby boots right up. Even my grandson was able to play his games on it. Best $200 I ever spent. Thank you so much, I was ready to buy a new laptop.
I had an excellent experience with PC Repair. Being a small business owner when my computer broke down I was stuck. The PC Repair team was able get me up and running SAME DAY! My computer is like brand new. I can't say enough about the repair team. I can say I now have "a guy" when asked about computer repairs!
Michael has updated my laptop and answered numerous questions for me. He has even given me advice over the telephone to cure small glitches. He is very knowledgeable and charges fairly. I expect to return whenever my next problem occurs.
