I saw Mohammed about my Windows laptop that had a battery that wouldn't recharge and a very small 120Gb hard drive that was nearly full. He ordered the battery from HP giving me a quote of $165 and a timeframe of 3 to 4 working days. He gave me a quote on a 1 Tb hard drive and imaging all my data across for $354.55. Even with a long weekend he met this time frame and contacted me to pick it up. Mohammed was friendly and professional and explained all the options and prices to me and delivered on his promises. I would recommend PC Tele Contractors to anyone wjo needs a laptop repaired or upgraded.
Biggest "Thank You!" for getting my MacBook 14" Pro M1 fixed again in a very short time before Christmas! I'm traveling for 12 months and my computer broke down in months 5... would have lost all my data (especially travel-photos and videos) when repairing with Apple Service. Great communication, straight to the point, amazing knowledge and super service.
Not a review writer normally but Mo is an absolute star! Fantastic service, goes above and beyond to help and has saved me on many occasions with bringing my aging Macbook Air back to life and/or providing me with another decent second hand charger every time I manage to loose yet another one. In addition it really is service with a smile, as Mo is always very patient when dealing with my often inane queries noting I am, as my daughter says; "technologically challenged"... cannot recommend him highly enough!
These guys are great in a crisis! I spilled an entire glass of water all over my MacBook- I brought it in straight away and Mohammad was able to attend to it straight away and dry the internal pieces. Working perfectly now! I've used this service for various repairs over the years and they are always efficient, professional, and well priced.
A big thank you to Mo who salvaged a failed spinning HDD drive on my iMac. He is friendly, honest and technical professional. He helped me to move in and out of the heavy iMac from my car. Now I have a restored iMac with an upgraded 2TB SSD drive ! A lot faster ! I have no hesitation in recommending Mo.
