Went here after seeing them pop up on the web for computer repairs in Hamilton/stoney creek area and they did a phenomenal job. The price was perfectly what I expected and the service was top notch. They also setup my business networking, security cameras, cyber security to prevent hackers from accessing our servers. Would 100% recommend to anyone & everyone!
Please don’t go anywhere else! Unfortunately, I had run into some issues after getting my laptop’s battery/ charging port replaced at a different business in Hamilton. Ryan fixed it for me quickly and at an incredibly fair price. He was very transparent about what work he was doing, explained everything clearly, and was super professional. Should I run into any other problems in the future, I will be returning here without hesitation. Thank you so much!!

Another great experience with Logan and Ryan. They are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This was our second time where we had to transfer info from an older laptop to a newer laptop. Issue was taken care of within a day. Thanks for the great customer service!
I have taken numerous computers in to be serviced at PC Werx over several years. Every time, I have received consistent, fast, expert service, and never have I felt like I paid too much for their service. They will honestly tell you if the device is worth fixing and give you tips as well. They have always been polite and respectful to me. Great customer service all around.
