I will never go anywhere else for any air and plumbing needs. This company is top notch. They always work with you and just do amazing work everytime. Chance and Jayson and the whole crew repiped my entire house in 2 days. Showed pictures and video the entire time with me so I knew exactly what was going on and got to see the process myself step by step. If you are looking for an honest hardworking company look no further. I will not take my business elsewhere PDS made a lifetime customer here.
originally called for water main leaking, no issues with the repair kind of hard to screw up digging a hole . with good financing decided to upgrade my water heater. bad idea!!! got the power cord running across the utility sink until i can get an electrician. removed old lines and replaced with new left holes all over the place. no patches didn't even apply silicone just left wide open. removed the stand the old water heater was on and left nails sticking up from ground for me to step on. thanks for the Tetanus Shot. but at least the piping looks great
PDS has awesome customer service. Johnny here was able to fix my ac so quickly ands I actually got to get some sleep. I need my house very cool in order to function and I'm so grateful that Johnny was able to restore the ac to be able to cool my house. Love how polite and knowledgeable he is. We are happy to have met him ☺️
I highly recommend PDS Plumbing and Air! I just moved into a house with a bunch of deferred maintenance issues and felt completely overwhelmed when one of our shut off valves began to leak. They came out and got everything fixed (along with replacing my water heater) in two days. Tommy G. was the tech who handled all outdoor valve and water heater replacement (all on his own!). Arturo B. replaced my toilet's shut off valve and hardware while also installing my bidet. They worked around my dog and all our moving boxes. I also really appreciated that they took the time to put on shoe covers every time they entered the house. Antonio walked me through the financing process. It felt so easy and I know that I had a million questions, but he was super patient. The team I worked with was super professional, clean, and friendly. Whether you've bought something yourself and just need help installing it or need them to handle equipment and installation, they've got you covered. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
We had an emergency water tank leak and my garage was taking in water fast. We called for a free consultation. Understanding that this was an emergency, Caesar showed up within an hour and was ready and willing to solve my issue. Caesar provided 5 options ready to be executed with my approval within an hour. He walked us through every option in great details even a 5 yr old could understand. He was able to scramble a tech (Art) to rush here with the approved work order within 2 hrs. Art understood the importance of getting my hot water up and running ASAP. He was friendly, knowledgeable/ experienced.He finished in a timely manner and did a great job with the walk through. If I had to rate this company from the 2 guys that did the work, I'd say this company is top notch. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Great job guys!!
