Jason and the team at Peak Physio have been wonderful in setting out a plan for my rehabilitation which comes from a wealth of experience and knowledge. Through a few sessions I’ve been able to set out a steadfast plan and start to regain my strength and confidence after multiple knee injuries. From Nicki at the desk to Jason in the Physio room, the team have been kind, attentive and thorough. I would highly recommend 👏🏼🌟
Jason Pongracic really knows his stuff. He explains his proposed treatments clearly and accurately, sometimes showing Medical Illustrations to advantage. He also follows up after a visit with a summary of what has been conducted, and appropriate exercises required. And he's very engaging to deal with.
From the minute you enter reception with friendly, smiley Nicki at reception you feel very welcomed. I have been very impressed with Scarlet the physiotherapist who has been very professional throughout my five treatments. Very thorough when examining and explaining treatments. Dry needling and shock wave treatments combined with recommended exercises have to date been very successful in my treatment. Highly recommend.
The receptionist Nicki made me feel welcome immediately (as she did with other patients who arrived). Managed to see me earlier than appointment which was a big help to me. Jason was an unusual combination of an absolute professional as well as caring. Would highly recommend this Newcastle West Practice.
Jase is a ripper of a physiotherapist! He’s professional, knows his stuff, and is a top bloke who makes you feel comfortable and supported at all times. Nicki behind the desk is super friendly and always has the place running smoothly. Couldn’t recommend more!
