This place is great and always gets the job done. My son got his first tattoo here and I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. The staff are informative, inviting and friendly. They are also consistent in their work and the artists that are available. We have since been back 3-4 times & I can see coming back in the near future.🤣 I love the family environment and chill atmosphere. 10/10

This is a family and local staple. I’ve trusted them for over 25 years with services and it’s a warm, skilled and professional welcome as soon as you enter the doors. So heart warming to see the next generation working side by side with the same level of talent.
Took my daughter to get her belly button pierced and the staff was friendly and professional. It only took a few minutes and we were walk-ins. She had a great experience! My problem is after care customer service/questions. There is no way to speak with anyone as the business only uses a text messaging service. They may or may not respond. They responded to the initial text but none of the follow up texts of questions. The business should have a main contact line and maybe each artist should give their clients their contact information. As a business, there should always be someone available to speak with customers within a reasonable timeframe. Other than this the experience was good and the establishment was very clean.
