Pearl White Media were instrumental in getting our new WordPress website live. They worked with our Camera Club, a non-profit organization supported entirely by volunteers, which meant coordinating input, content, and decisions from many people with varying levels of technical knowledge. In particular, they worked closely with three volunteers who provided the bulk of the content, direction, and ongoing feedback throughout the project. Explaining our needs without fully understanding the technical language was a challenge on both sides, and along the way we asked for pages to be created that were later changed or no longer needed. One of our specific requests was to have a separate menu platform for when members log in to the members’ area, and this was implemented with care and attention to our workflow and user experience. They were also challenged with identifying and integrating plugins specific to the needs of a Camera Club, and they came through every time with effective solutions. Despite the many changes and learning curves, Jeremy. and his team were consistently patient, accommodating, and understanding. All of our requests, no matter how big or small, were met. They provided a clear and organized workflow using Google Sheets so we could track progress and refer back to discussions at any time. When certain items were difficult to explain in writing, they readily made time for Zoom meetings and guided us through the process with professionalism and clarity. Their flexibility, communication, and supportive approach made a complex project feel manageable, and we are very grateful for their dedication and expertise. Jeremy and his team have been incredibly supportive and responsive since our launch two weeks ago, quickly addressing the various glitches we encountered and helping us resolve them efficiently.
