I recently visited Peoples Jewellers and had such a lovely experience. I was helped by Grace, who went above and beyond to assist me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the whole process. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel pressured. If you are visiting this store, definitely ask for Grace—she made the experience 10/10!
I had an excellent shopping experience at People’s thanks to Hasmig. She was knowledgeable and she listened to me. I made my choice of gold chain with her advice and according to my budget. There was absolutely no pressure from her. She was very personable and professional. I left the store happy!

She was extremely patient and took the time to explain every detail clearly, especially around diamond quality, cut, clarity, certification, and gold purity. Her knowledge of both diamonds and gold items is solid, and she was able to answer all my questions confidently without rushing the process. What stood out most was her ability to explain technical aspects in a simple and transparent way, which made it much easier to make an informed decision. She also suggested designs and options that matched my requirements and budget, rather than pushing unnecessary upgrades. Overall, Rashika is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful.
