Pepper Moon Catering knocked it out of the park for our wedding! We first got to sample their products at our venue's bridal show (Castle McCulloch). They even convinced my now-husband to try their grits, a food he doesn't normally like, and he loved them! While we didn't end up putting grits on our menu, they did help us customize several options. Included in our price was a sit-down tasting in a private room at their office which was a great way to narrow down to our final choices. Pepper Moon is also a preferred vendor at Castle McCulloch, so depending on your contract, you could see about additional discounts from the venue if you book with them. Our menu was eclectic with a goal of having something for everyone. In our 60 person headcount there were 3 gluten free guests, 2 pescatarians, 2 "alpha-gal", 1 vegetarian, and 1 vegan and we managed to have a little something for everyone. We chose a buffet setting to allow for more flexibility for our guests, but Pepper Moon had a variety of serving options available. Pepper Moon also provided staffing, linens, and to-go boxes. My only (extremely nit-picky) complaint is that the linens were more of a royal blue instead of the navy that we had planned. Totally not a deal breaker, but maybe ask to see the lines when you go for your tasting if that is important to you. Kevin was responsive, helpful, and overall a fantastic person with whom to work.

Absolutely phenomenal experience and food was delicious! I made a mistake with the date for our office holiday luncheon. Meredith caught it the morning of the event. She and her team put everything together with just 2 hours to spare. She arrived on time with everything, like I had made no mistake at all. We will definitely be using Pepper Moon again. Highly recommend for quality, service and taste!

I used Pepper Moon for my daughter’s Baby Shower. The food was absolutely delicious. Raves from all the guests. We had the Braised Beef Short Ribs, prosciutto stuffed Chicken breast, Mac n Cheese, Apple Harvest Salad and grilled veggies. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Couldn’t have been more helpful serving the guests and getting our care packages ready to go 🥰 Rebecca Finch was my contact at Pepper Moon and she was so helpful in planning the menu and offering helpful hints. I couldn’t have asked for more. If you are looking for a caterer don’t hesitate to use Pepper Moon

Pepper Moon was hands-down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From start to finish, they were professional, thoughtful, and completely in tune with what we wanted, even when things had to change. Bethann was an absolute dream to work with. When we ran into some last-minute space constraints at our venue, she came through with creative solutions that kept everything running smoothly without sacrificing quality or vision. Her calm presence and problem-solving skills were invaluable. And the food? Unforgettable. Our guests are still raving about the creamy risotto served at dinner and the grilled cheese and tomato soup appetizers during cocktail hour — they were comfort food perfection with a gourmet twist. On top of that, the custom cocktails named after our dogs were such a personal, fun touch that made the evening even more special. The bartenders were fantastic, and every member of the staff was courteous, professional, and on-point. At so many weddings, the food can be forgettable but thanks to Pepper Moon, it became one of the absolute highlights of our celebration. We truly can’t thank Bethann and the entire Pepper Moon team enough. If you’re planning a wedding or special event, trust us — this is the team you want by your side
