I'll never go back here. I'm used to appointments running behind, was fine waiting an hour for the doctor. Know they're over scheduled here and most offices to begin with. When the Dr arrived here stormed in seemingly irritated. He refused a physical that I'd requested since I haven't been in a while. Ranted for 3 min after I asked a question about a medication and then stormed out. I left feeling angry and like I'd done something wrong by even coming to do routine base stuff to set up a relationship with a doctor. It's been very hit and mostly miss here and won't come back. Honestly looking to report this physician to CDHP.
I really like this clinic and have nothing but good experiences with Dr. Batra. She listens and addresses all concerns. She is professional and at the same time I feel really comfortable discussing concerns with her. I always get an appointment for my baby very quickly. I highly recommend Dr. Batra and Perlman clinics!
The most unprofessional medical office I’ve ever been to. I gave them my ID, insurance Card upon arrival, she still misspelled my name at the front desk. Christina from the billing department sent out the documents to the wrong place, she even admitted it on the phone, apologized, never followed up. Another week passed by. My insurance company obviously denied my claim for an MRI. The doctors office never called to follow up either. My initial doctor visit was 1 month ago! I lost significant wages. I filed a grievance with my insurance company and about to file a legal complaint for negligence! Extremely upset with your service!
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Batra. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and took the time to listen to all of our concerns. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. We felt very comfortable and will definitely continue coming back!
Omg, what an amazing experience! Kellie is truly the best of the best — incredibly professional, yet full of warmth and kindness. Exactly the kind of person you hope to meet as a first-time parent looking for support. We can’t recommend her enough!
