UPDATE: After posting my review - I received the following email from this company: “You will hear from our lawyer about your defamatory post on Google.I advise you to remove it immediately because I will not stand by and accept that behaviour no matter what it costs me.” REVIEW: Absolutely unacceptable. Their receptionist failed to disclose any fees before proceeding with a service I never agreed to. Instead of acknowledging this mistake and simply training their staff, Greg and Billy threatened me with a $650 legal fee and tried to justify the charge. When I explained I’m not comfortable paying for something that was never disclosed, they cancelled an ATO payment plan that I set up myself—all without my consent. Dealing with the ATO is already stressful, and I trusted this firm to act professionally. This is beyond disappointing. Disgusting behavior—avoid this firm at all costs.
I found Billy, Ella, and the whole team at Personalised Tax Services to be incredibly helpful, easy to work with, and an absolute delight. The team are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also personable and approachable — which makes all the difference when dealing with finances. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for accountants who combine expertise with truly personalised service.
