I highly recommend Layne!! I had spilt water on my Asus Rog Strix 16 laptop and it wasn't turning on. The laptop was repaired with a quick turnaround. He had communicated everything clearly about the repair, went above and beyond to also provide the keyboard a clean as well. On top he provided an affordable quote for the service!

I was apprehensive in getting my laptop's screen repaired as I live quite far from Perth and I have a high end gaming laptop. I went through Layne as I have had a family member use him a few times. Layne was happy to take a look and was accommodating in the drop off times as per my living distance circumstance. The laptop was ready quicker than expected and the price was good. My main critique really is just that the screen refresh rate wasn't double checked, and ended up being less than excepted. This is because unfortunately the supplier had sent the incorrect one. Thankfully Layne was willing to rectify the issue and I was able to get the correct screen put in. Happy with the end result though.
