I paid a large amount. The service was faster than I expected. There was a problem but it was corrected. The rodent and bee problems have been corrected. Abraham is exceptional.

Place turned into a joke. We’ve been with them for four years and they suck. When they first started they were great, then the service started to fall off. We tried to cancel and they made it right. This has happened a few times since then. Now they got bought out and they’re even worse. Can’t get anybody on the phone, they double charge to not do anything. I’d stay away.
This is my first time using a pest control business and thankfully I chose this one! From the initial inspection I felt understood and listened by the tech- Alicia. The office staff is extremely caring and careful when communicating with you. I was very satisfied with Cristian who conducted the initial service at my house due to his ability to understand my concerns..he was calm and with a contagious smile. He even liked my none stopping barking puppy! Thank you for your GREAT customer service!
Pest Friends is the best!! Their customer service is tops! They see to all of our pest control needs and are so knowledgeable. They are local and truly care about doing a great job. Use them; you won’t regret it!!
