Sam from Pest Power was excellent. Super friendly, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. He explained the type of pests we were dealing with, walked me through the treatment process, and answered questions without rushing or talking in circles. The job was done thoroughly and properly, not a half-hearted spray-and-go. On top of that, the pricing was very reasonable compared to others I contacted. If you want someone who knows their stuff and actually cares about doing the job right, ask for Sam.
Sam did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, and personable, and he took the time to explain each step of the process so we knew exactly what to expect. I showed him videos of our issues and he was able to recognise the requirements immediately. His attention to detail was evident throughout the entire service, and he made sure everything was completed to a high standard. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and his knowledge and communication made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend!
I called the company at the last minute to clear a final inspection from a real estate agency. Mac was very accommodating as I had used the company previously. Whilst I am in the east I wasn’t happy with the prices I had received quotes for - noting there had only been a few cockroaches found in the dishwasher. Sam attended the next day. He was extremely professional polite and efficient. An absolute pleasure to deal with in terms of customer experience and understanding the time constraints I had. As a lawyer I am always impressed when there is professional standards and courtesy maintained in the any commercial transaction. I experienced all of these. I will only use Pest Power in future I have indeed recommended them to my family and friends.
