Werner did an excellent job with the pest control service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing and what to expect going forward. We had sight and sounds of vermin in the house which turned out to be rats. I called Pestforce and Werner called to assess. Werner was very professional and courteous at all times. He talked us through what his thoughts were and the best way of getting rid of the problem . I am glad to say that after 3 visit it appears that the infestation has gone. I am very happy with the way Pestforce and Werner dealt with the problem and would have no hesitation in recommending him and his company.
I got in contact with Pestforce due to finding what I thought was a bed bug on my bed. After a call with Werner, we set up a survey on the next working day, and he assured me that I do not have bed bugs; but instead had mould mites, which he instructed me on how to get rid of easily. Very professional, really nice and polite, and gave me some great news!

Werner at Pest Control was recommended to us by a relative who was delighted with the service he’d provided her. We called him because we had squirrels in our attic.
