Regular visitor to buy feeder rats for my BP. But they stopped selling them due to city regulations. Stopped visiting. But a great place & great staff
I have shopped here for a lot of yrs! I realize prices went up everywhere but pet club was the one that older people could still buy cat food dog food or what ever without breaking the bank I feel it’s out of control and shop on line at Amazon now and wal-mart because it’s cheaper and I have told a lot of people because it’s very sad to watch elderly people that can only buy two to three cans at a time because they use the times for an excuse. Shame on you!!!
The supervisor name John at this location is horrible he knocked my baby to the ground and my babies gums and mouth was bleeding. He didn’t apologize or check if she was ok an he was very rude. When I spoke to the manager they said he won’t do that next time. Horrible store management sad this is why small businesses go out of businesses with managers like this.
Manager Santos is such a great person and such a great big help. I've been struggling to find the appropriate food for my hairless cat and he was able to educate me a bit more on the brands of cat foods that had the most nutritional value for not just my hairless cat but for my other cats too. I went back to exchange a bag a few days ago and another manager by the name John wasn't as pleasant to interact with as it was with manager Santos. John was rude, didn't make eye contact and kept ignoring me when I'd talk to him. The cat food was for my cats and he made me feel like he didn't want to talk to me because I was a woman or some thing. I've never been treated with such unprofessionalism in my life. Santos showed very excellent customer service and made me want to go back to the store and recommend it to my friends and family; whereas, Manager John made me not want to return to the store.
The person answering the phone for my product check was timely and professional. I needed her to check on important senior dog food for my, way past senior, 16 year old dog, Mackey. And even though they don’t carry it, She waisted no time finding out so I could efficiently go on with my search.
