Everyone that works here is amazing. They're a staple of convincing my dogs that the outside world is not scary and that people are their friends.
The other night after a hike with my dog, I decided to pick up some essentials for the week, and I was greeted by an associate who was very overwhelming and pushy, and I understand that these people have certain goals that they may want for their store, but I felt very overwhelmed by his presence. I will say the only reason I’m not giving zero stars is because his female counterpart that was there that saturday evening was very pleasant asking me about my hike and what type of food my dogs like. She offered me samples and seemed to genuinely enjoy talking to me. The store itself was very clean. The parking lot is a hassle as well which adds to my lower rating.
I feel lucky that this is my go to pet store. The folks here go out of their way to engage and be of service. It is like Old School Customer Service and this why I keep coming back. I love love LOVE going there and so does Oscar! :-). Thank you for being amazing!!
They're amazing every time. Patient, knowledgeable, kind. It was really helpful to a new dog parent. There's a 30 day return policy, keep your receipt. Make it work for you !! I Adopted a dog on Sunday from OAS, PFE was also doing one that day. Shout out to adopt not shop!! OAS gave me a 20% off coupon & a coupon to redeem a goodie bag. Drove there immediately. A staff member causally asked how I'm doing, I said overwhelmed with tears brimming. She took my stuff, put it down and walked me around the store. An angel. THE GOODIE BAG IS REAL YALL. I was expecting a small bag of samples and treats. (No hate, free is free and parenthood is expensivs) This was a full tote bag of full sized treats and food and samples and coupons.that's probably a shout out to all of PFE, make adopting more enticing! I went back yesterday and another truly lovely employee helped me. I've been there 4 times in 3 days.
The people are so nice in here. Every time. The dog wash is fab. Easy walk in steps to the left. Good system but the dryer could be better but a atleast it’s not noisy
