Very down to earth lady veterinarian .... an when all else failed me they got my poor baby boy in, he wasn't feeling good at all. An even though I hadn't been able to keep up with puppy visits (out of my control) she didn't judge me an that was nice. I found my new vet so now we can get back to the normal stuff after we get caught up lol. Also very affordable prices you 1st thought will be " no wonder prices are low" due to the outside look of the shopping strip but very pleasantly surprised when you open the doors. Thenk you for your help today you have gotten yourself a few new patients !

My mother's cat is not a regular patient here. When I called, I got an appointment for 24 hours later. That was great. When I got there, only one person was in the waiting room. It was quiet, and there were no animal odors (we had cats, dogs, horses, and goats when I was a kid, so I know animal smells). The facility was very clean. The receptionist was very nice and got us into an exam room right away. The exam person was very thorough and gentle with my mother's cat. The physician took a long time to examine that cat knowing that I hadn't been to a vet for years. Overall, I was very impressed with the level of service and the professionalism of the people. And the charge was absolutely negligible (tiny for the amount of service and care).

Edit to add: We had quite the emergency with my 10yr old Shepherd mix, and Pet Haven jumped right in and saved my baby’s life! What we thought was an upset stomach from some ham she was given on Thanksgiving turned into a foreign body/mass removal! Dr. Menze, Dr. Hull, Alanna, Jackie, Jenny, Faye, and Joni were all AMAZING in her care, and I know all the other employees played a part in the excellent care both my sweet baby girl and I had I’m just bad with names lol!! They acted fast in saving her life, when they were in removing the foreign body, Dr. Menze found a mass on her spleen that we would’ve never know was there if it weren’t for her very good eye/hands! Dr. Hull did an AMAZING job on removing her spleen! The care that Lexie received there from the start to the end was nothing more than incredible! I would HIGHLY recommend Pet Haven to anyone, not only are they kind, caring, compassionate, and nice, they also show the same support to the owners and treat you as if you were one of their own! If you are looking for a vet, I’d recommend pet Haven!!!! ———————————— Alanna at the front desk was great, very nice and understanding about what was going on with my dog. She got us in with Dr.Hull the same day! Our vet tech Fay was amazing as well, very sweet my dog adored her. Dr. Hull was amazing, she listened to all my concerns and how my dog Anubis can be a naughty boy with vet exams, she was great and Anubis loved her!! Will definitely be back with my other dogs! Thank you to Alanna and Dr. Hull for your fast acting on getting my baby boy in!

I’ve have been going to Pet Haven since 2012. Amazing Veterinarians and top notch staff. Everyone there is friendly and very helpful. You won’t go wrong taking your fur baby to Pet Haven.
