I am SO in love with PetPalace! It is just me and my husband out here in NC so when we go out of town we don’t have family to help with our fur baby. I found PetPalace a few months ago and OMG - they care for your pets, but they care for you too! I received updates on my boy when he got a bit of an upset stomach and at the end of that First stay received a report card with his daily activities. They offer web cam suites, extra treats, grooming, everything. 10/10 all the way, Thank you PetPalace!! ❤️ Marina M

As a new dog mom who lives out of state, I was so nervous about who would care for my puppy when I’m away. I visited multiple boarding facilities and spoke to numerous staff members, but Pet Palace Charlotte was the only place where I’ve truly felt at peace leaving my puppy. He is a 1-year-old large-breed puppy who loves to play and get attention. They know him by name when we walk in, and he’s always dragging me to the door for boarding and daycare. Admittedly, I am one of those overbearing mamas who likes to know everything that’s going on when I’m away. I never have to worry about that here because they call if he needs anything. The staff is also SUPER friendly and doesn’t hide behind the “we’re good with dogs, not people” attitude. As long as we live in Charlotte, this is where I will bring my puppy!

I have been taking my Dixie girl here for years and she absolutely loves it! She loves going on “vacation” to Pet Palace and playing with all of her friends! The staff is so friendly and accommodating.

Love the team here! We’ve been bringing our 4 year old Great Dane here for three years. They always treat her like she is their own pet, which makes the experience so much more personable. Our dog even knows when we say “do you wanna go to Pet Palace“ that she’s in for a good time.

I’ve been taking Opie to Pet Palace since I moved to Charlotte a couple of years ago and it has always been a positive experience. He has horrible separation anxiety, but is always excited to go in so I feel comfortable leaving him behind. If there’s ever an issue they are very communicative. Not to mention reasonably priced and have options to join the other dogs in playgroups so he isn’t stuck in a kennel all day. I recommend them to everyone!
