I'm so glad I found this doggy day care for my Lily. Owners are so kind and wonderful. The staff are loving and take good care of Lily while I am at work. I have no worries while I leave her there the whole day. She comes home so tired from playing all day. I highly recommend Pet Paradise, and so does Lily.

I can't emphasize this enough - they truly get to know each dog, how each dog interacts with the other - and do everything they can to maximize the dog experience. They go above and beyond and I even left her overnight for a few days when I away from work - and she has NEVER been so calm. They are helpful, communicate regularly and just make me feel like my dog is very, very loved. She has fallen in love with a few of the staff herself. :)

We’ve been to 2 different groomers now had a bad experiences with them but this place is by far the best one yet. They actually give you a tour of their facility, which speaks volumes because most facilities won’t even let you tour them. We’ve taken our dog here 2x now and he’s typically pretty anxious (and still is) most likely due to bad experiences from the other groomers but this is the first place where he’s willing to walk in by himself. I gotta also point out that it’s very nice that they groom one dog at a time. It’s nice that they focus on one dog at a time. 10/10 recommend!!

The team was so good with my two 1 year old Frenchies. They unload the girl and loaded them up because I just had spine surgery and my husband just got out of the hospital two days prior with a broken hip. He had to see the eye specialist. We are from Grande Prairie. I would take the girls back due to the exceptional service and they were happy. Slept all the way home.

As our family was out of country for a month, I was looking for an environment that would not be too disruptive for our two kitties. Pet Paradise meet all my upfront requirements, especially that there would be someone on the property 24hrs a day. They have cameras to monitor the kitties and there attention to our fur family was incredible, they settled in rather quickly with all the attention and lots of love given. We received daily updates with photos and videos that helped us have peace of mind. Truly an amazing experience, will definitely use them again and 100% recommend pet paradise!! Thanks again for the incredible service ❤️

My dog & my family love Pet Paradise & all staff...especially the owners. We have such peace of mind too to get such a "home away from home" for our pup while he socializes with other dogs. He loves it there. ❤️
