Rocket and Zoobie had their first stay last month for a week. They came home clean and happy . The staff were very accomodating and answered all queries prior to stay . Loved the photos and videos , it kept me at ease during their time away . We have booked our next visit and would recommend to anyone who loves to treat their pets as family . 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve used Port Melbourne Pet Resort a few times now and can’t speak highly enough of the service and facilities. Every time we pick up our Frenchie Burrito he’s happy, healthy, and clearly well cared for. The team is friendly, professional, and genuinely loves animals. It’s such a relief knowing he’s in great hands while we’re away. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and welcoming place for their pets!
