this is amazing place. The rabbits were healthy. They had a lot of food to eat. Even the cats were so healthy. All the pets are healthy even the fish thank you pet supermarket for a pet store like this and I enjoy going there a lot and the bunnies were adorable.👍☺️❤️
service was amazing. all the employees are on top of the game and are doing fantastic. just super sad to see full grown cats in tiny enclosers, practically shelves. this location is huge and the overall company should care. bunnies in the same sized cages as tiny hamsters. no room for them to run zoom or anything. it’s very sad.
My fiancé and I walked into the Pet Superstore and was greeted by EDDIE(manager) who saw us looking lost as can be 😂. We explained that my birthday is here and I was looking for a reptile companion. He quickly grabbed, in my opinion, the best help in the store, ISAAC whom was very knowledgeable about what we were looking for. They walked us through the whole process of what’s needed for my new ball python and even some helpful tips on how to keep his stress level down. I am more than excited for the new addition to the family! Rocky is literally everything I imagined as a snake owner. I am honored to have the opportunity to re-home this amazing creature and excited to be able to watch him grow. My experience here was nothing short of amazing! It’s very obvious that these 2 love what they do from working with various animals, to giving outstanding customer service. They’ve definitely won my business over for life!
