My latest visit was an excellent experience. I wanted to use a digital coupon so the cashier and the shift manager Nathan took the time to help me utilize it. 100% would recommend this store.
My second visit there for grooming was AWFUL! I thought the Groomer's were skilled and professional enough to handle a small MORKIE puppy with being FIDGETY???!!!! Common sense if the puppy was too fidgety you would think they would have stopped and took a break from her until the puppy had calmed down?! Also, the puppy is in potty training still and at that time of the day she was in need of her routine nap ect.., she was indicating it to them by her motions & whining!!! Anyhow, I know they were unaware of her scheduling yet, it ONLY takes a little COMMON SENSE to know that she was having anxiety issues and that she should have been comforted and allowed to CALM DOWN! Then, they should have came back and made another attempt! Yet, they gave me the run around and charge me full price for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING as they stated due to the puppy being too fidgety they didn't want to be held liable for any injuries therefore her grooming was half-assed!!!! Also,They said that they bathe your pet but they really DON'T! (SCAM) they're STEALING from customers or at least ME! I promise myself this "I will never pay for another dog washing ever again in this LIFETIME only the BASICS! I'll save a lot of money anyhow by bathing her at home!!!! 😂 I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER PETCO FOR PET GROOMING EVER AGAIN! 👎🏾😤😡🤬 THE WORST!😮💨😞 I received an email from the company in regards to groomer's safety towards any pet's "Which I had already acknowledged in my review plus I was only concerned about my pet I can't speak for any other pet!".🙄 They also mentioned that my " APPOINTMENT" should have been opt out due to the stress of my pet but they didn't mention that you're going to be charged REGARDLESS for the ENTIRE session!!!!??? I was deducted $5 for the groomer having to scissors cut, which this groomer was UNABLE to PERFORM?????! IJS!? Anyhow, like I've stated Petco sucks for me & you guys won't ever be bothered with us again! Thanks for nothing! 👎🏾
Order & paid for 2 bags of dog food that was on sale. Drove out of my way specifically to this location to pickup only to be told, "Sorry, we only have 1 bag." Not cool. Will definitely never order for pickup again & very likely won't be back ever again, as well. They also wouldn't refund me for the one bag. They said the refund will just show up in my bank account sometime, but they don't know when & I can call customer service if I don't get it.
One of the new groomers, Erica, did a wonderful job grooming my corgi. She was very kind and filled out my dog’s report card at the end. My dog is super fluffy and soft. Would definitely come back! Highly recommend Erica!
We were helped in purchasing a new pet, we were pretty new to snakes and they went above and beyond to insure we had all the necessary items to make its home ideal and to be able to take proper care of it. We left with confidence in the decision made. We were also told about the vital plan, something we didn’t know about that will go towards helping buy items for our existing pets as well!
