If you’re not familiar with this bakery yet, it probably means you haven’t tasted their legendary almond cake. The name might slip your mind, but the flavor never does—and honestly, they know exactly which cake everyone comes in for. That perfectly toasted almond topping and rich, indulgent layers have earned this place its reputation for a reason. One bite explains the hype better than any description ever could. It’s the kind of dessert people talk about long after it’s gone, and once you’ve tried it, you’ll understand why this bakery is so well known.
What happened? I grew up on Peter's cakes and they are not the same. The last few I've had have been extremely dry, with just a thin layer of frosting. Same thing with their cupcakes, which are inedible after 24 hours. If you like dry cakes, this is the place. So disappointing...
Amazing desserts, not just for the holidays, but for every special occasion. Burnt almond cake is everything! And the $$ is actually affordable compared to some of the other bakeries
Loved this place! My favorite are the cream puff, sponge orange cake and eclairs. Definitely worth the visit! Can get crowded depending on the time of day. Everything is on the go and indoor dining.
Cream puffs,Shirley special,bear claws,oh my...its all yummy!!! Highly recommended. I don't live close by but when in the area, I try to stop by and get at least a slice Burnt Almond . I LOVE their Burnt Almond cake!!!
