We had such a great experience here! Tito had a seizure late at night and we were able to book an appointment for the next day. He is nervous with new people and Dr. Sawyer took the time to make him feel safe and explained everything to us in detail. It felt like she genuinely cared and the visit never felt rushed. They are also upfront about pricing and lay out the cost of everything before performing it. We will definitely keep coming here.
Everyone was so sweet and genuinely concerned. Bedside manner 10 out of 10. My dog is 9 and she may have ingested something. The way she was behaving wasnt normal and i was very worried. Shes a small dog remind you (5lbs) so i bring her here (im originally from NYC so her usual doc is back home) Everyone from the vet assist the vet tech and the doc was very knowledgeable, accommodating and happy or answer any questions i had. I would 100% come back here again with my fur baby. Not only that but they also have this care plan that you can purchase that covers you for the whole year In which it discounts vaccs or dental care etc etc oh and i also appreciated how clean it was too! so i was very pleased with my visit today :)
When I moved down here I had a hard time finding a vet I trusted with my boy but each time I had an emergency I was always seen same day with no issues. I am so thankful to Petfolk for their compassion and kindness during one of the hardest moments of my life. They helped my sweet Mooney cross over peacefully and with dignity, and treated us with such care and respect. I will always be grateful for the comfort they provided. Thank you for taking care of him the last two years, it gave us extra time.
Had a great experience at Pet Folk with my dog Quincy! The staff was super friendly and welcoming, and they made Quincy feel very comfortable right away. Everyone took the time to answer my questions and showed how much they truly care about pets. The space was clean and inviting, and I left feeling confident Quincy was in great hands. We’ll definitely be back — highly recommend Pet Folk! 🐾
As a traveling nurse with 2 dogs, I always need to find a vet in the area near my assignment. I chose this clinic because of their reviews. I was not disappointed. The staff are professional and courteous. They were able to get me in timely. I needed my German shepherd’s nails trimmed which requires sedation outside the typical chill protocol. While not an emergency, it was becoming a concern that I wanted addressed fairly quickly. They did a great job with him. While he is reactive, they respected his space and allowed him time to be comfortable with them. The nail trim went well and their treatment and understanding of his reactivity and personality made the visit pleasant and productive. Surprisingly, the prices were very reasonable. They followed up multiple times after the visit to ensure he was recovering without issue from the sedation or nail treatment. I highly recommend them for anyone in the area needing a veterinarian.
