BEFORE YOU READ THIS REVIEW, I'D LIKE TO SAY THAT THERE IS A NEW PETRO STATION ON KING ST E (a few clicks away from here, near fairview inn& suites), I'D PREFER YOU GO THERE. I have been meaning to write this review for quite a while now but thought I would confirm it before I did. The sad& disappointing thing about this station is that if you ever go to request for a change ($5 at the least) they will ALWAYS answer "We do not have change right now" Mark my words I have been to this place for over more than 1 & half years and been there to request for change for more than 10 times or atleast minimum. But they NEVER had change. P.s: I would only ask for change only if I filled gas from this station. Didnt go around asking it for free or whatever. Lol I stopped going to this place now. But if the owner of this place is that cheap to not have change in the cashier's box or asks his employees to not give change, then I'd say its better off to close this place.
I would like to take a moment to thank the cashier named Jini working there. She was very kind and cooperative. I did not want cold beer and I communicated it to her. She was kind enough to get me some beer at room temperature from the staff room. Keep it up!
I had a really frustrating experience at the this Petro-Canada car wash. I have a season pass and entered my code like usual, but it showed an error. Even though the wash never started, the belt moved and pushed my car out without washing it. I was pressing the brakes, I definitely didn’t drive it out myself. When I went inside to ask what happened, the employee told me, “I was watching you, you drove your car,” which wasn’t true and felt dismissive. Instead of helping or explaining, I felt blamed for something that was clearly a system issue. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service, especially for someone paying for a season pass. I recommend homer watson petro canada, where i usually wash my car.
This location is so busy and I believe they are understaffed too. There is only one cashier at the paypoint doing her best to serve everyone properly. They need more people during the peak times so that its less stressful both for the staff as well as the customers. However, needless to say, the staff is wonderful, making sure that she is able to give her best when making transactions and offering upsells.
ZERO! The people working inside at the Petro-Canada & Car Wash was super bad at handling customers. I asked for change after a 10 minute wait in line so I could use the outside air tire machine because I only had $5 on Me and needed change. So I am trying to INFORM anyone that needs any extra attention outside of them swiping a card and taking money DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING zero saitsifaction for customer service and EVERONE needs to start letting owners know what isn't acceptable but also when the service is good! So I am trying to say let anyone know if it happens to me than expect the same thing. Again, I for one am tired of BAD customer service.
