I have come to P.E.T.S. twice, once to get my cat neutered and second time to get our new addition to family Kiara/German shepherd shots. They are very reassuring and helpful with pets. Also their prices are reasonable/doable. I am glad we have them to go to. Thank you P.E.T.S.

Took my Yorkie to get her yearly shots and a wellness exam. The staff is extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. It is so affordable. There is a bit of a wait but it's worth it. I'm going to bring my other as well

They get one stars for being nice but I can't give them anything higher because I've never been there and it's their fault. I signed up on their website in June and they didn't contact me again until December. I had to reschedule due to a sudden family death and I'm once again waiting just to get an appointment. I'm trying to be nice but it doesn't make sense for me to wait just to get a date. If I gotten an appointment and it was 5 months away that's fine. But it's not hard to look at a calendar and find an empty spot for a simple spay and vaccination for my cat. I was willing to wait and be patient because of all the good reviews but I can't justify it anymore. I live paycheck to paycheck and work full time. My only days off being the weekends when the clinic is closed. And it's hard to go to the other clinics because of the cost. But I'm just gonna suck it up and go because despite being i business for 18 years they should have a much better scheduling system. I DO NOT wish the employees any harm or hope the business closes down and I'm happy they have satisfied customers. I'm just leaving my honest review as someone whose unsatisfied with the way things are ran and hope they do better in the future for anyone hoping to go there.

Great place. Now, you NEED to know that since they have extremely low prices, EVERYONE and their moms go here. Also, several of the staff members are volunteers so, please be KIND and PATIENT. Know that if you go for a vet visit (Mondays from 4pm to 7pm) you will have to wait 1 to 2hrs and if you have multiple pets, welp, you'll be there all afternoon. I went with my 2 cats and dog, entered at 4:30pm and left at 7:15pm. That being said, the staff is AMAZING! Super polite and courteous, they treat your pets as if they were their own. The DR. takes her time with each pet and makes sure to do thorough exams (part of why the wait is so long). In my opinion, the wait is well worth it to receive such amazing service and reasonable prices. 14/10 I totally recommend this vet practice.

Yesterday was my first visit to P.E.T.S. and it couldn't have gone any better! I always heard how difficult it is to get it, and with such exceptional people and service, I can see why, however, that was not the case for me. I sent an email about TNR for a colony of cats. I got a very quick response and was put on the schedule. The staff was so helpful from loading and unloading the kitties to answering every question I had. I received updates via text and kitties did so well. I so appreciate their service and staff. Oh, one thing for you new customers, entrance is through the back of the building 😉! Thank you!
