Manager on duty at 11:25 am 1/2/26 took forever to approach register when employee called for help. The employee was new and understandably needed help with processing my return for a carpet cleaner. He called for a manager and we both waited for roughly 20-25 min. I had to go and find her in the store training another employee. The employee at the register was kind and patient however the manager was unprofessional and not apologetic for making us both wait. I won't be coming back to this location.
andrea and mallie are incredibly unprofessional and have terrible customer service skills. andrea is an AWFUL groomer. don’t take your animals to get groomed here, the groomers are rude and don’t fully do the job, the heights location is much better. mallie called me 5 minutes before my appointment to very rudely tell me that i had my animals scheduled at 2 different locations, when i told her i knew this and did it intentionally she said i couldn’t leave the area while my cat was getting groomed and the other location is “across town” (it’s 19 mins away and the other appointment was scheduled with plenty of time to stay close anyway and still make it to the next one with plenty of time), i told her i’d already planned properly for the day but thanks anyway. i dropped my cat off to pure coldness from both andrea & mallie, left at 8:11am, they called me at 8:22am to say she was done…she still had poop on her and was not clean nor were her nails clipped. she had barely touched the water, i had to give her an actual bath when we got home. i know that the cats bath and brush are only about 30 minutes but almost $100 for just 10 minutes is absolutely ridiculous. i don’t mind paying for my animals to be well taken care of but i want it to be worth it. i took my other cat and dog to the heights location later that day and they were extremely kind, professional and did the job so well. at the heights location, they were so sweet to me and my animals, listened to me and gave me feedback after the appointment without asking. i will be contacting management directly as well due to how disgusting they were to me and my cat. 0/10 do not recommend at all. i will say that all of the employees outside of the salon were insanely warm & nice! the only good part of the experience.
Fantastic customer service from everyone here but especially Axel who told us about the labor day sale! He's a gem of an employee and I hope he gets recognition for his customer service. He made our day!
What should be a 2 min in and out trip always taking 10 minutes or more. I have to wait in line to ask an associate for help with crickets. & then you have that old lady giving Attitude talking bout “ there should be someone there “ ( youre 80 working at petsmart cmon now ) and then you have wait at the cricket station and still no help , but if I grab the crickets I’m in the wrong LOL I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it’s not until recently this year that they don’t care about customers , taking my business to PETCO , same distance and prices.
We've been using the kennels for 20 years across multiple dogs. I think the biggest thing to say is that several of the employees have been working the Pethotel for almost as long as we've been going. The dogs are happy and tired when we get them back, a great combo.
