This location is very satisfactory - great climbs of all difficulty levels, large bouldering sections, helpful staff. I also really appreciate that they schedule children's classes so that they aren't happening during the busiest climb times. My only complaint is that the bathrooms are repulsive. I just shut my eyes while I'm in there.

Very grateful for the outstanding team at this facility! Not only do they provide opportunity for adaptive and inclusive climbing experience they collaborated with CHOP to bring us Camp Rock. Thank you for welcoming Caden and the other kids into your facility and for teaching, coaching, encouraging and celebrating them!!

I can’t rave about this place enough- if I could give more than 5 stars I would! This whole operation is incredibly KID FRIENDLY! Taking my kids here has been a joy! Every single staff member has been so kind with each of my three children, and when we had a birthday party here we had truly an impeccable experience. The manager made our last minute party happen by getting more staff just days before, and they guided every child along. Having a party here is nothing like those “party factory” type places- they only have one at a time, the staff is fully attentive, and the kids learn life skills and team building instead of being overstimulated and overwhelmed. I could go on and on but suffice to say we are so grateful for PRG Oaks!

WE LOVE THIS GYM!!! The facility is fantastic with Bouldering and regular walls, they have traditional belay ropes plus several Auto belays! all of the staff that we have interacted with has been super helpful and friendly as well as interactive on the wall. Plus its just a great and positive environment. Every time we are there we meet a new person to hang out with.
