Had an emergency situation with the boiler. Have an elderly parent living here and he came within 15 minutes and diagnosed and sorted the issue without any fuss. Very reasonable call out charges too for a Sunday . Very greatfull for the prompt , polite service. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent service from Andy at PHIXING Plumbing, could not praise him enough. After having a total boiler (and mental) breakdown last week where it was hit and miss on whether the necessary parts would be available before Christmas, Andy did everything he could to hunt down the parts from different suppliers and push through the authorisation with my boiler service company, to make sure I have a working boiler with working heating and hot water in time for Christmas (hot shower woop!!). In addition to being very customer focussed and diligent with his work, Andy is also a very friendly and approachable man, careful to explain the problem and what needs fixing / the next steps, and made sure to stay in contact with me so I felt updated on what was going on. Andy THANK YOU so much, you are a Christmas miracle xx
Great service. The owner Andac is really easy to talk to, very good at communicating and solving problems. His work is brilliant and he gets things done without any stress. Definitely recommend!
