I am using Qin's accounting services for my personal taxes and I am so grateful I found her! She truly knows her stuff. I've had to work hard in the past to understand accounting due to mistakes by my old accountants and she is familiar with all of that and more. Not to mention, very responsive, fair pricing, and nice person. 10/10 recommend.

Hired Qin to do our book keeping for 2021. She was referred to us by her husband. I paid her $5,650 for the years book keeping. In the beginning I wanted to make sure that my CPA would be able to make adjustments, if there were any errors in the book keeping. She said that she will be able to accommodate. At the end of the year, the CPA asked for documentation, and she wasn't able to provide what they needed. She provided me with a General Ledger that I am not able to modify. I called her several times asking for the information that they needed and she would hang up on me or not answer my emails for days and give me a 5 word sentence. She even went as far as to contact the ROC to get my license suspended. Stating that we owed her money. Which the ROC denied. I would run far away from this company.

Incompetent. Requested a simple single year 1040 and Sch C return be filed electronically. Return was rejected due to an error on their part and never informed me of the problem. I could not get a hold of her for 2 days and decided to investigate myself with the IRS when I found out the return was rejected from an agent. She finally responded when I emailed with this information and actually demanded payment from me for a return that wasn't even filed successfully. Wrote me: "No payment. No talk." This is how someone speaks to a client? Unbelievable. Whatever you do, never pay upfront. Had I paid, I'd be out the money. In fact, there are plenty of qualified accountants in the valley. My advice is to look elsewhere.

We have worked with Qin for over 8 years. Her accounting firm has been so kind to our small, family-operated business. She has been beyond patient in explaining software, rules, and tax laws. Her team is very responsive, even when the mistakes are on our behalf. They provide an amazing service!
