Four syringes of the new RHA 2 filler at $700 each yielded uneven nasolabial folds. I have maintained regular Botox and Dysport treatments since 2007. As always, I scheduled an appointment when brow furrows and crow's feet were just starting to emerge as visible. The overcharge mistake for the Dysport was promptly corrected, which was greatly appreciated. From a neurotoxin result, I've never had anything quite like this. The top half of my forehead is frozen solid, the fine lines between the raised brow wrinkles remain visible when relaxed, both eyes are spocked, and there is still a heavy brow. Dr. Dillaway was clear that I could come in for a touch up at no charge if needed. Correcting this is not a touch up. I will wait until it wears off enough, have it re-treated, and have the nasolabial folds evened out. Such a disappointment across the board. Perhaps he was just having a bad day.
First time going to Phoenix Medspa and they did not disappoint! I saw Miss Nurse Refel and Sean. They were absolutely amazing. Made me feel comfortable and made my appointment really enjoyable. I had my lips filled and had my forehead and jawline treated. I love and appreciated how knowledgeable she was and explained everything to me and what she recommended for the look I was going for. I CANT wait to book with her again for my beauty maintenance! 10/10 for me :)
Dr Paul Dillaway is excellent! I had threads before elsewhere and there is no comparison to the experience I had today with Dr Dillaway. No pain and the results are amazing!

I found Phoenix Med on Groupon- with great reviews. Venus his Assistant is so friendly, professional and kind. She really put me at ease before I even walked through the door! The Dr.'s spent time with me listening to my concerns, made suggestions and made me feel comfortable. Their approach and skill to enhance natural beauty not change your whole appearance. I am so happy with the results and I feel they did exactly what I wanted. Thank you Guys! You make me feel beautiful! :) Highly recommend this office.
