Absolutely amazing service. Sidd is very helpful and genuine and willing to offer good advice. Prices are great and if it's a little expensive Sidd will advise you to look on eBay for a better price, then you just take parts to him and he charges for labour only. Highly recommend for any mobile needs replacing batteries or screens as I have had both.
We came to see Sid the owner of Phone Buzz on the weekend with a technical issue that no other phone shop was able to fix. Sid was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to resolve the issue on the spot, and also fixed us up with a new case. 100% recommend going to Phone Buzz at Benowa Gardens. We went in for help with our daughter's Samsung tablet today and we were given honest feedback about the state of the device and a plan to get it back in good working order. I don't know the man's name who served us but he was very helpful, and definitely very customer focused which was refreshing. We walked away so grateful to have been recommended to go there and we will definitely be going back for any tech needs going forward. Keep up the great work!
