Was unable to do data transfer on my own after buying new phone. Called and spoke with Passant, who felt pretty confident she could help, but made no promises. She gave me an estimated price, which was fine, so off we went. Upon arrival, she was still optimistic and 45 minutes later, we were good to go! And the price was the same as that which she quoted over the phone! Truly appreciate her knowledge, skills and abilities to make the fix and the level of professionalism displayed. Would definitely recommend and will return should the need arise in the future! Thank you for a positive and pleasant experience!!! \O/
