James is one of the most professional photographers I've met. He is very friendly, punctual, and easy to work with. He's always patient and willing to make it work. I don't know how he does it, but he really does "catch" our family and gets my husband to smile. Anytime I need a link to past photos, he gets them to me the same day or not to far after.
