PB Catering made our Dec 17th holiday party unforgettable! Paul, our Catering Event Designer, was extraordinary from start to finish. He and Rachel were onsite preparing the food and setting up for our party of 24, and their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire evening seamless. The menu was absolutely incredible, our guests are still talking about it. The mini sweet potato pies were a huge hit; the crab rangoon and fried raviolis disappeared instantly, and the prawn scampi and flatbread pizzas were perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. And the desserts, the best cookies and the eggnog poke cake, were the perfect festive finish. Every dish was delicious, and the entire experience felt thoughtful and flawlessly executed. Paul and Rachel brought such care and joy to the event, and we couldn’t have asked for a better team. PB Catering delivered a truly outstanding experience. We used Picnic Basket catering for our wedding on 12/5/25, and had such a great experience! Paul was extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process, and the food was absolutely delicious. They even accommodated our homemade late-night snack and wedding cake, which we were so grateful for. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly, the buffet moved quickly, the service was smooth, and our guests kept raving about the food. Picnic Basket truly helped make the day feel effortless. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Buffalo Gals was the BEST decision for our catering! Everyone at our wedding loved the food so much. We were so pleased with the service we received and the professionalism of the catering staff. Paul was an incredible event coordinator and he made sure to answer all of our questions in a timely manner and went above and beyond to help us stick to our budget. We felt like we received the most amazing food for the best price. From cocktail hour to dinner, they were on top of it every step of the way. Picnic Basket Catering/Buffalo Gals catered my daughter's wedding at Hearth House in Monument on June 22, and the food was outstanding. Everyone raved about the grilled chicken with mango sauce and the beef was out of this world. Also, many might think veggies are boring, but their grilled veggies were another big hit. Seriously, people at the wedding loved the food! The sausage and veggie appetizers were good, too. Often, unfortunately, people come to expect not a whole heck of a lot of the food at a wedding, but our guests were more than pleasantly surprised. And the service was outstanding, too. All around wonderful experience with Picnic Basket Catering!
