Chef Catlina's French cooking class was a true 10/10 experience! She was incredibly informative and inviting within her home. The class itself was a great mixture of learning/watching and doing things yourself. I loved the menu she prepared and the thought she put behind everything that we did. I will definitely be recommending her to friends/family and hope to do a class again with her in the future.

Just had my first class with Catalina and it was amazing! Her teaching style and skill set really shine in the kitchen and I learned so much. I also really loved how intentional she was with ingredient choices and swaps to meet everyone’s needs. The class flew by because I was having so much fun and of course, the yummy food. I will definitely be back for another class. Her kitchen is also stunning! Highly recommend! 🧑🍳

Book yourself and your bestie a delicious Sacramento experience. I highly recommend Chef Catalina's Italian cooking class. I can't wait to try the recipes we made at home for my family after making them last night. Chef Catalina made complicated sounding recipes easy to follow, and I am confident I can replicate the results at home with the tools I already have

We went Valentine's weekend and Chef Catalina was amazing! She has so much knowledge and I loved learning French cooking from her - she had everything so neat and accessible. I definitely feel like my knife skills improved just from the first class. I 100% recommend her classes and I will be going to more in the future, bringing all my friends and family!!

My boyfriend and I have been to two of Catalina’s classes with our friends and I cannot say enough good things about it! Her home is so beautiful and she is a wonderful teacher. Her recipes are easy to recreate at home and taste amazing!!

I took Catalina's course on cooking French Culinary Classics and had a lot of fun! I can tell that a lot of thought went into crafting each step of making the dishes that is easy for beginners to follow. I appreciate that she also went over some basic knife techniques :) The class surprisingly went by quick - I think it helped that there were six other people helping with prep. And of course the food was delicious!! Thank you Catalina for being an amazing teacher and host. I recommend booking directly on her website
