The Provider I saw today had bad bedside manners and he was Condescending and I left with no Test Results and no diagnosis. I talked to the Manager but the Manager didn’t make any corrections. I still do not have any evidence that I saw a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. I got no diagnosis and no paperwork showing I had actually saw a Dr, or Nurse Practitioner, The name of I person I saw was named Demesithas. Demesithas was horrible and he even argued back and forth with me during the visit. I waited for an hour for my Test results and I found out later that they needed to retest me but I only found that out when I decided to leave after waiting for an hour in a Room. My visit in 2022 was pleasant and I had no problems.
5 Star Service! Deidra was extremely helpful, patient, and sweet. My insurance was having issues clearing and she was super patient with me getting it all handled and I can’t express how grateful I am that she didn’t send me away before getting it resolved. Doctor & tech listened to my ailments and made me feel very heard and prescribed what I hope will heal my pinched nerve. Location is impeccably clean, tidy, and bright. Customer/patient service is 10/10 and I would recommend this location to anyone I know. Thank you again Deidra! 💛
Highly recommend. The wait was not long at all and I just walked in. All staff, from the front desk, nurse and doctor were attentive and made me feel great by the time I was ready to go! If you ever need urgent care this will be the place to go!
I had a great experience at Piedmont Urgent Care today. The ambiance was on point and the whole visit felt smooth and well-run. I called ahead to confirm they offered X-rays (they do), and scheduling online was easy with plenty of time slots available. My wait time was quick, and I was seen almost immediately after arriving. The staff was efficient and professional, which made the whole process stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on and would highly recommend it to anyone needing urgent care.
I visited this facility on November 19th and immediately received welcoming and friendly service at the front desk. My wait time was short, and I a half hour less during my entire visit. When time is money, this is valuable for a busy professional. I had an issue, unrelated to this facility, occur with paperwork a few days later. When I called to remedy the situation, I was connected with Charity. She was professional and began working to help resolve my problem expediently. I highly recommend this clinic.
