We are so happy with our experience and with our daughter’s hair! We saw Jennifer for the first haircut package and she was awesome! I wanted to edit & add that I took my daughter in again & we saw Beth this time. Even though my daughter cried & was uncooperative, her hair still turned out adorable. Beth was extremely patient and she did a fantastic job.
Such a good atmosphere for littles! Our boy loved it. Ericka was great with him and just worked around his wiggling
I took my son here once and Beth did a great job! I had an appointment for his second visit but unfortunately we hit some unexpected traffic. I called to let them know we would be about 5 min late. They said the appointment would be cancelled if we were any more than 5 min late. I knew it could possibly be 6 or 7 min so I spoke with the manager and she didn’t even try to accommodate. They forced us to cancel the appointment. I understand being late is not ideal but it was 30 min prior to them closing and again, the manager didn’t make any effort to help us. They lost a customer tonight. Only recommend going here if you’re extremely punctual.
My children had a very disappointing experience here. They were both excited to get their haircuts, but unfortunately, the service did not meet expectations. The stylist rushed through the entire process, and I was concerned about how roughly she handled my 8-year-old's hair, pulling it quite hard. She spent no more than three minutes on her, and didn't even bother to blow dry her hair. As for my 4-year-old, the haircut was uneven, with the back being noticeably choppy (please see the attached picture). My child remained still throughout the cut, so it was not an issue of movement. I showed the stylist the style I wanted for both children, and while she acknowledged it, the results were far from what we had discussed. The hair brushes were also filthy as was the hairdressing gown that went on the children. For $30 per child, I certainly expected a more professional and precise haircut—something far beyond what we could have done at home ourselves for free.
We love the ease of scheduling online. Beth has done a wonderful job with my son. He is in 3rd grade and very particular about his hair. He has always hated getting it cut, but we have been to see Beth since last summer and he trusts her now. Yesterday, he allowed her to give him a brand new style and he loved the results. She asked him several times throughout the cut what he was thinking. She stopped a d showed him the sides and the back as the process was happening. We are very happy with the service and love the online scheduling.
