we brought my son in to get his second haircut and Nicholas blew us away! he added layers to my sons hair so it fell just right - he looks like a ralph lauren model! we’re so thrilled, can’t wait to come back!
Nicholas at the Roswell location is amazing! He was so understanding and did an amazing job on my son’s haircut. My son has autism so it was a bit of a challenge but Nicholas was amazing! Thank you for everything. We will be back soon!
Always a wonderful experience at this location! I brought my daughter in to get her hair cut (last minute) for a back to school haircut. The front desk informed me they were totally booked all weekend due to back to school. Krissy overheard our conversation and offered to squeeze my daughter in. She was so sweet and professional, to both customers and her fellow team members. I observed her flexibility, and adaptability to all the curve balls of a busy day! Krissy, thank you for everything and while doing it with such joy and a smile! You have a beautiful light in you that shines bright! Thank you to all the other amazing team members at this location who always treat my kids wonderfully, including Marci and Michelle!
I wanted to share some feedback regarding our recent visit. We brought in our two-year-old son for his very first haircut, as a walk-in. This was a very special moment for our family, and unfortunately, it was handled in a way that left us extremely upset. Before the haircut began, I clearly explained to the stylist that I did not want his bangs cut short or straight across his forehead. She assured me she understood and promised she would follow my instructions. However, not long into the cut, a second stylist stepped in to “clean up” what the first had done. The end result was the exact opposite of what I asked for—his bangs were cut short and unevenly straight across. What’s worse, there was no communication or explanation when the second stylist took over, and we were left confused and deeply disappointed. My husband had to gather some of the hair off the floor himself and ask for a bag so we could at least save a small piece of this milestone memory. We paid for the trim and left quickly because, quite honestly, I was too upset to express how I felt in the moment. I’m including a photo to show what I mean—not to be unkind, but because I want you to understand that this wasn’t just a minor detail being overlooked. This was a very simple request that was not respected, and it has left us extremely disheartened. This may seem small to some, but to us, this was a moment we can’t get back. I hope you will take this feedback seriously so that future families coming in for their child’s first haircut have a more thoughtful experience.
We had the best hairdresser for our son's first haircut. She knew how to get him comfortable, entertain and have fun. We got to sit back and watch while we captured the memories.
